PREPARATION: Paint needs a solid substrate in order to adhere. To achieve this, we scrape AND SAND every surface of the house and remove loose caulk. Then we pressure wash using an environmentally friendly house wash. All bare areas are spot primed and gaps are re-caulked.

PAINT AND CAULK: Olstad painting uses only top quality products. The paint we use is a high build finish with elastomeric qualities. This means it is 2-3 times thicker when dry than standard paint and flexes to move with the expansion and contraction of your siding without cracking. We also use an elastomeric caulk that expands up to 300%. Normal latex painters caulk will not last nearly as long and is more prone to cracking.

WARRANTY: Because of the top quality work we do, we offer up to an 8 year guaranty (based on type of siding and products used).
